Mindy Montello

Mindy has been in the hair industry for 14 years.  She was an instructor at Brown Aveda Institute for 3 years.  Mindy loves teaching students, her staff, and educating her clients on all the latest creative trends.  She opened her own salon, Synergy, in 2008, in Kirtland Ohio, and joined the Mantra team that year as well.  She started out helping backstage, and has worked her way up to the artistic team.  As a platform artist, Mindy has been on stage bringing not only her artistic and creative abilities, but her passion and excitement for hair as well.  Mindy believes that educating yourself never stops; there is always something out there new to learn.  Mantra is an educational company that she believes in, stands behind their products, and their policy to remain diversion free.  She is very excited to be a part of this team, and we are very lucky to have her.
